Bro. Juniper came to my room this morning at 1:15 and told me Bro. Camillus just passed away.
I had the pleasure of being with him all day yesterday, praying with the Little Sisters of the Poor and many of their staff as well as residents, singing and praying our hearts out for our dear Brother. What a joy that was. He was not conscious, but I wonder if he still did not hear us singing and praying on his behalf. What a great friar he has been. What a joyful experience yesterday was as we sang God's praises for what He has done in the soul of this noble and good friar, along with the influence of Our Immaculate Mother, St. Maximilian and St. Camillus.
I am so happy our dear Brother has finally been given his reward. O, how much I owe to him personally.
Let us thank God, the Immaculate One, St. Francis, St. Maximilian for their assistance to Brother as he prepared for this great day!
Your brother in Christ,
Bro. Martin
